Le attività ed eventi di EMCC Italia rivolte ai soci o al pubblico sono principalmente di 3 tipi:
- conferenze e video-conferenze/webinar
- workshop
- community circle (comunità di pratica e intervision, acquario, supervision, mentee)

EMCC Italia è anche partner di vari eventi ogni anno e viene invitata da organizzazioni o associazioni per dare un contributo nell’ambito del Mentoring/Coaching.
A livello internazionale, EMCC organizza ogni anno:
- una conferenza sulla ricerca nell’ambito del Mentoring/Coaching;
- una conferenza sul Mentoring/Coaching.
