This year’s conference, Responding to Revolutionary Change in the Workplace, was inspired by round table discussions with HR/L&D professionals, practitioners, and buyers of Mentoring, Coaching and Supervision services. The common concerns centred around the level of change faced in the workplace. Examples included increased mobility and flexible workdays, the impact on staff capabilities, work life balance and overall wellbeing. Each speaker will bring a perspective to bear on these and related themes. As a takeaway, we trust you will gain valuable insights and new thinking on how you can better respond to the revolutionary level of change we are seeing in the workplace.
