I  would like to encourage you to continue or increase your own involvement with the EMCC either at national or international level. There are numerous opportunities to enhance your coaching and mentoring practice through our events,  national and international conferences and/or by becoming involved in the Council or one of our Committees. Pedro Angulo


Irish Council Areas of Responsibility:

Pedro is a customer focused professional with over 15 years HR / change management consulting experience. He has worked in senior management roles in AIB, Prospectus, Penna, Deloitte, IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin and previous to that as Human Resources Manager with Eircom.

Pedro has led the design and implementation of large-scale change and human resource interventions with both national and international clients in the public and private sectors. Pedro has special expertise in leadership and organisational development, performance management, executive coaching, change management, organisation design, and resource planning.

Patrick Meehan

Patrick has developed a career in sales and business management in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sector over the past thirty years. He is the owner and Managing Director of Invictus Management, an organisation dedicated to enhancing both the personal and business life of its clients.

Patrick is a Certified Executive and Business Coach with Focal Point Coaching. Focal Point is powered by Brian Tracy and utilises Brian’s business building tools, systems and methodology to coach corporate executives and business owners. Patrick is also Training Facilitator with The National Recruitment Federation and a Business Associate with Motiv8, providing guidance and inspiration to clients.

Dayna Careres


Irish Council Area of Responsibility:

Dayna is an Organisational Development Specialist, Executive Coach and Facilitator helping organisations and leaders navigate the ever-changing complex nature of work and improve workforce productivity and effectiveness. She founded Distinctions in 2011, having achieved success in Financial Services, where she led a team to build and sell a multi-million euro business. She brings her strong business acumen and experience in aligning strategy and processes with her passion for enabling personal and leadership potential to her role as Council member. Her key areas of responsibility include Accreditation and Strategic Development.

Tara Long

Irish Council Area of Responsibility:

– Marketing and Events

Tara is currently a Communications and Engagement Lead in a leading financial services organisation. She has over 15 years financial services experience, 10 years in various leadership positions in an operations management environment. Tara qualified as an executive coach in 2011 and continues to practice as a business coach in public and private sector settings. Tara skills of reflection, perception, intuition and insight are at the forefront of her coaching practice.
Tara is qualified to debrief the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQI) and Emotional Capital Report (ECR) inventories. She is passionate about Employee Engagement and her master’s dissertation examined the relationship between psychological contract breach and engagement levels in a downsized banking environment.

Brian Crowley

Brian is passionate about the potential to achieve business success, career progression and personal growth through coaching. He has always had a keen interest in personal development and is a highly experienced coach. He is an experienced people manager and has had a rich and varied career in financial services, including senior front line roles in working with businesses of all sizes.He has led a number of strategic change initiatives  and has a deep knowledge of the disciplines needed to deliver real change in a cost effective timely way. His experience includes leading the implementation of large multi dimensional projects across different business areas and functions. Brian is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant and holds an Irish Management Institute Diploma in Executive Coaching and a Diploma in Strategy, Innovation & Change, Michael Smurfit Business School. Brian is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration.

Vivienne Fay

Vivienne is an Organisational Behavioural Specialist with twenty years’ experience as a senior manager in the public sector and has worked at service and corporate level. She is an experienced coach, mentor, mediator, facilitator, workplace investigator and trainer, with a background in nursing, operations and human resources. Vivienne has gained extensive experience working with multidisciplinary teams, managing large workforces and multi-million Euro budgets, and has first-hand experience of the demands and challenges faced by those working in a complex, dynamic and constantly changing organisations. Vivienne established Irwin Management Consultancy in 2017, using her knowledge, experience and skills to support clients to find appropriate solutions, reach their potential and achieve results. She brings these attributes to her role as a Council member. Her key areas of responsibility include Accreditation and Events
