I am passionate about continued learning, development and growth, and like to work with leaders who want to challenge themselves to develop new strategies and habits that will support them to achieve their goals. My clients report significantly enhanced self-awareness, leadership effectiveness and performance, together with a renewed sense of motivation and purpose. I have spent over 30 years as an HR and OD professional, 25 of which as a management consultant and HR Leader at PwC, where I worked with organisations to achieve sustainable behavioural change: Change that was positive not only for the organisation but also importantly its people and the communities it served. I also worked within PwC’s UK Centre of Expertise for Executive Coaching and its Global Centre of Expertise for Talent Management. I have held senior positions in retail, financial services, international development and the computer industry. I hold an MSc in Management Development and Organisational Change, a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and a post graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. I have been a qualified member of the CIPD for over 30 years, and am a certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I am accredited to use a range of psychometric and 360 feedback tools to build awareness of how leaders are experienced by others and how their behaviour may be supporting or hindering their personal and leadership effectiveness. This can then be used to build a focussed and highly personalised development plan. Tools include The Leadership Circle, MBTI Steps I & II, Leadership Impact, SIMA Coaching, FIRO B.
