'Welcome to EMCC Ireland 2017. My commitment to you all is to continue promoting the professional development of coaching and mentoring in Ireland through ethics, standards and high quality events and research. I am also committed to continue and strengthen our collaboration efforts with our coaching colleagues and friends in the AC and ICF.

I continue to gain personally and professionally through my involvement with the EMCC and would like to encourage you to continue or increase your own involvement with the EMCC either at national or international level. There are numerous opportunities to enhance your coaching and mentoring practice through our events, quarterly bulletin and publications, national and international conferences and/or by becoming involved in the Council or one of our Committees.

Pedro is a customer focused professional with over 15 years HR / change management consulting experience. He has worked in senior management roles in AIB, Prospectus, Penna, Deloitte, IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin and previous to that as Human Resources Manager with Eircom.

Pedro has led the design and implementation of large-scale change and human resource interventions with both national and international clients in the public and private sectors. Pedro has special expertise in leadership and organisational development, performance management, executive coaching, change management, organisation design, and resource planning.

Patrick has developed a career in sales and business management in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sector over the past thirty years. He is the owner and Managing Director of Invictus Management, an organisation dedicated to enhancing both the personal and business life of its clients.

Patrick is a Certified Executive and Business Coach with Focal Point Coaching. Focal Point is powered by Brian Tracy and utilises Brian’s business building tools, systems and methodology to coach corporate executives and business owners. Patrick is also Training Facilitator with The National Recruitment Federation and a Business Associate with Motiv8, providing guidance and inspiration to clients.

A psychologist and leadership coach, Paula, who holds an MSc in Coaching and Organisational Development from Portsmouth University, is also a Master Coach, Accredited Corporate Coach and a Fellow of the European Coaching Institute. She is the Managing Director of Kingstown College, a training and consultancy company based in Dublin, Ireland, and has over fifteen years experience in executive coaching, mentoring, training and HR. Paula has worked at Director level on a number of European projects and has worked in senior management roles in both the multi national and not for profit sector. Her key areas of expertise are change management, women in leadership programmes, coaching, mentoring and group facilitation.

Billy is a certified Executive Coach with KinchLyons, Business Psychologists, and an Associate Faculty member of IMI (Irish Management Institute).He holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, an MA in Existential Coaching and is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD. Billy brings his previous line management and HR experience to bear in his coaching practice. His previous experience includes over ten years in senior HR roles and a track record in designing and delivering organisational change. He currently works with individuals and teams to deliver enhanced performance in the context of business requirements, realizing the individual’s vision and contributing to personal and organisational success.

Brian Crowley

Brian is passionate about the potential to achieve business success, career progression and personal growth through coaching. He has always had a keen interest in personal development and is a highly experienced coach. He is an experienced people manager and has had a rich and varied career in financial services, including senior front line roles in working with businesses of all sizes.He has led a number of strategic change initiatives  and has a deep knowledge of the disciplines needed to deliver real change in a cost effective timely way. His experience includes leading the implementation of large multi dimensional projects across different business areas and functions. Brian is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant and holds an Irish Management Institute Diploma in Executive Coaching and a Diploma in Strategy, Innovation & Change, Michael Smurfit Business School. Brian is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Nina Noonan

Nina is a Management Consultant and Executive Coach, with over 15 years’ experience in the area of management and leadership development.

Nina holds an MBS in HRM from Smurfit Business School and is also a Master Trainer. She has a strong belief that business success can only be achieved and sustained by developing employees and their leaders, with coaching playing a major role in this continuous people development.

Nina is fluent in English and German, and has worked with a large variety of businesses in Ireland and Europe, giving her a unique insight into current business and employee needs, from small SMEs to large corporations.
