A psychologist and leadership coach, Paula, who holds an MSc in Coaching and Organisational Development from Portsmouth University, is also a Master Coach, Accredited Corporate Coach and a Fellow of the European Coaching Institute. She is the Managing Director of Kingstown College, a training and consultancy company based in Dublin, Ireland, and has over fifteen years experience in executive coaching, mentoring, training and HR. Paula has worked at Director level on a number of European projects and has worked in senior management roles in both the multi national and not for profit sector. Her key areas of expertise are change management, women in leadership programmes, coaching, mentoring and group facilitation.

Pedro is Head of Practice HR with Prospectus. He previously worked in senior management roles in Penna, Deloitte, IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCooopers in Dublin. Previous to that he was a HR Manager with Eircom.

Pedro has led the design and implementation of large-scale change and human resource interventions with both national and international clients in the public and private sectors. Pedro has special expertise in governance, performance management, career and life coaching, change management, organisation design, manpower planning and management development.

Patrick has developed a career in sales and business management in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sector over the past thirty years. He is the owner and Managing Director of Invictus Management, an organisation dedicated to enhancing both the personal and business life of its clients.

Patrick is a Certified Executive and Business Coach with Focal Point Coaching. Focal Point is powered by Brian Tracy and utilises Brian’s business building tools, systems and methodology to coach corporate executives and business owners. Patrick is also Training Facilitator with The National Recruitment Federation and a Business Associate with Motiv8, providing guidance and inspiration to clients.

Niamh has spent the last 15 years specialising in the area of Learning and Development and is currently Learning & Development Manager with UCD. Previously she has held similar roles in An Garda Siochana, AOL Europe and Eircom.

Her interest in developing people is wide ranging and she believes the majority of people want to contribute in a positive way to organisational or institutional life but they may, at times, feel thwarted for a variety of factors. This has brought her into the realm of coaching and organisational analysis.

John is an international coach and mentor with over 23 years of senior management experience across a variety of industries. He has a long track record of achievement, having supplied products and services to hundreds of customers worldwide whilst leading and developing organisations and people in multiple locations and time-zones.

John is passionate about using his experience and training to facilitate development in a way that can unlock a person's potential to help them get the best out of themselves, their team and their business. To assist this process he has created the Unlocking Potential framework, where the emphasis is on experiential learning in order to build awareness and achieve results.

Paddy has a wide range of leadership and coaching experience. He worked in many management positions at home and abroad over a 40 year career in ESB. He now coaches at senior managemetn level in organisations such as NTMA, NUIG, Engineers Ireland and Pearse Trust. He provides individual, team and retirement coaching and is also a coaching supervisor.

In his role as Senior Executive Coach in ESB Paddy developed and installed a solid coaching framework across the organisation. Under his leadership coaching is now supported by a cadre of 60 professionally trained internal coaches in addition to an external panel.

As a line manager, Paddy combined his team building, communiation and stakeholder management skills to effect significant change and build a high performance culture.
