The EMCC holds three conferences a year:

• Our 1st ever Mentoring eConference was held 16-18 January 2013.
• Our 3rd Annual Mentoring and Coaching Research Conference is being held at Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland from 27-28 June 2013.
• Our 20th Annual Mentoring and Coaching Conference is being held in Athens, Greece from 21-23 November 2013.
