EQA - European Quality Award

The benchmark quality standard for coaching and mentoring training programmes

Through the EQA we work with our training provider members to ensure quality and consistency of training for coaches and mentors. EQA coaching and mentoring programmes ensure that successful students meet the EMCC research based competence standards.

EIA - European Individual Accreditation

The benchmark quality accreditation, recognising the professional and successful on-going application of competence of accredited coaches and mentors

Building on the development of competence, (which many gain through EQA programmes) the EIA offers individuals the opportunity to become accredited coaches and mentors, gaining recognition for their professional and successful ongoing practice.
